2026 Precious Gems: Reservation & Homecoming Milestones
Reservations open after three full weeks, subject to breeder approval and availability. The puppy-specific reservation deposit is $1,000 (or $200 additional after an $800 general hold). The remaining balance must be received before ten weeks, unless an approved written financing agreement states otherwise. Pickup is planned at approximately 12 weeks if the puppy is ready.

Reserved / Adopted — Not Available: Once a puppy is specifically reserved, their photographs and growth updates may remain visible on the website, but the puppy will be clearly labeled as unavailable to other families. The little gem is being prepared for a forever home and is counting on their family to complete the agreed arrangements.
Deposit terms: A specific-puppy reservation deposit is ordinarily non-refundable and non-transferable. If the reserved puppy dies before delivery, deposits remain non-refundable and are credited toward a future comparable puppy; additional payments are credited as well. If no reasonably comparable puppy is offered within two years of written notice, additional payments beyond the deposit may be refundable under the signed agreement. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.
