General hold: $800 non-refundable. Specific-puppy reservation: $1,000 total ($800 + $200), non-refundable subject to law. Taxes and any agreed fees are extra. Balance is due by the deadline in the signed agreement. If the deadline is missed, reservation may be canceled, the puppy offered again, and payments forfeited to the extent enforceable by law.

October shows reservation eligibility; December shows final payment and 12-week milestones. Calendar highlights reservation eligibility, the last full day to pay, and the 12-week milestone. Dates reflect the current policy: puppies must be over three weeks old before specific-puppy reservation, full balance must be paid before 10 weeks, and planned pickup is around 12 weeks, subject to readiness.

Deposits are governed by the signed agreement. An $800 general hold applies to a current or future litter but does not reserve an individual puppy; specific-puppy reservation deposit is $1,000 total (including any previously credited $800 hold). Puppy reservations require breeder approval. If a puppy is reserved, the profile may stay visible as “Reserved / Adopted — Not Available.”
