From first hello to homecoming ๐Ÿพ

We want every family to understand the process, fees, deadlines and responsibilities before committing to a puppy. Availability, suitability, and placement are always confirmed by Smart Yorkies LLC.

1

Discover & ask questions

Browse our nursery, learn about our Yorkies, and ask questions. A puppy appearing in the nursery does not mean the puppy is for sale.

2

Apply for free

Complete the Puppy Family Application. The waitlist is free, is not a reservation, and does not guarantee placement or a specific puppy.

3

Review & matching

We discuss preferences, puppy suitability, availability, registration and the individual puppy's purchase price. No puppy can be specifically reserved until over 3 weeks old.

4

Choose a reservation

$800 nonrefundable general hold for an accepted current/future litter request, or $1,000 total to reserve a specific eligible puppy ($800 + $200). General hold does not guarantee an individual puppy.

5

Sign & pay securely

Review and sign the reservation agreement before paying. Receive an itemized invoice showing the puppy price, separately calculated applicable tax, deposits and payment due date. Keep the payment receipt.

6

Growth & updates

Enjoy puppy updates while your puppy grows. We monitor health and development. Adult size estimates and homecoming dates are not guarantees.

7

Pay remaining balance

The exact final-payment deadline is written in the signed agreement. Normally payment must be completed before the puppy reaches 10 weeks old. Deposits credit toward the purchase price.

8

Prepare for homecoming

Plan supplies, transportation and the first veterinary wellness appointment. Homecoming is generally around 12 weeks, subject to the puppy's health and readiness.

Important: Prince is showcased in our nursery only. He is not on the public price list and is not offered for reservation on this page.

Important situations & common questions

What happens if I miss the payment deadline?

Missing the exact final-payment deadline in the signed agreement may constitute buyer default. Smart Yorkies LLC may cancel the reservation and offer the puppy to another family. The contract addresses retention of deposits and other payments, only to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Please discuss payment concerns before the deadline; no extension is guaranteed.

What if the reserved puppy becomes seriously ill or dies before delivery?

The signed agreement sets out a limited future-puppy credit process for breeder-side serious illness preventing safe placement or death. It is different from buyer default or a change of mind. Please review the agreement's exact conditions, including any timeframe and refund rights required by law.

Can I select a specific puppy immediately?

No. A specific puppy cannot be reserved until the puppy is more than three weeks old, and availability must be confirmed by Smart Yorkies LLC. An $800 general hold does not itself reserve a particular puppy.

Can I sign and pay online here?

The website provides downloadable documents and an application. Online identity-verified e-signatures, payment processing and automatic receipts require separate configured services. Never assume that filling a PDF alone completes a verified electronic signature.

This guide is informational. Your individually signed agreement and invoice control the transaction, subject to applicable law. No online page guarantees availability, placement, financing or veterinary outcomes.
